MeithealThe AI Operator's Room for Irish Founders
Stop using AI. Start running it.
Meitheal (MEH-hull) is an old Irish word for neighbours coming together to get each other's work done. Here it becomes AI infrastructure for serious founders.

After 90 days, what you walk out with
The Gap
AI is a tool for you.
Infrastructure for them.
Tool
Most founders use AI like a tool. Open a tab, type a prompt, paste the output, close it.
Good for the occasional hour saved. Useless for scale. It resets every Monday.
Infrastructure
A smaller group runs AI like infrastructure. Agents work in the background. Systems run while they sleep.
Same tools. Completely different leverage. Every week you stay one side of that line, the gap compounds.
Your time
3 hours saved, reset Monday
25+ hours saved, compounds daily
Your work
you redo the same tasks every week
agents run them in the background
Your edge

compounding — grows while they sleep

- ChatGPT open in a tab. 40 prompts in a Notion doc you can't find.
- One Zap built at 1am that kind of works.
- ChatGPT's memory gone to shit. Re-explaining your business every Monday.
- You copy-pasting proposals. You on the Sunday admin block.
- Rewriting the same onboarding message for the ninth time this year.
Prompt. Paste. Repeat.
- Agents closing leads while they sleep.
- Proposals drafted and sent without touching a doc.
- Calls summarised, tagged, filed. Automatically.
- Content shipped on autopilot in their voice.
- A compounding Skills library. Memory that sticks.
Deploy. Compound. Sleep.
That gap is widening every week.Meitheal closes it. 90 days in, you're on the other side.

Who It's For
- Irish founder running an agency, coaching, or consulting business.
- €3k–€50k/mo revenue. AI is central to how you create leverage.
- You use AI daily and you know you're plateauing at prompt, paste, repeat.
- You want to own your stack, not rent it from an agency.
- You'd rather ship one agent this month than read ten threads about agents.
Who It's Not For
- You haven't built a business yet. Go build first.
- You're hunting for AI hacks, secret prompts, or a shortcut.
- You want done-for-you. This is done-with-you.
- You want a course, a cohort, or a Discord to lurk in.
- You can't give this 3–5 hours a week. Stay on Let's Innovate for free.
Why Leon
I don't teach AI. I build it.
I'm Leon Kennedy. 22, Tipperary. I run a venture studio and I operate across two realms, digital and physical.
Digital: I build and launch software, advise on multiple AI projects, and run a venture studio shipping products of my own. Personal stack: 15+ agents, a compounding Skills library, one terminal coordinating the lot.
Physical: I'm the GTM lead for Plentify, deploying intelligent energy infrastructure into Irish homes. I see a world beyond the digital. I want to build infrastructure you can touch, not just code that runs in a cloud.
I don't run an agency. I don't sell courses. I build and run infrastructure, digital and physical, and I bring other founders along with me.
The Meitheal Mission
Meitheal (MEH-hull) is one of the oldest words in the Irish language. Centuries before tech, neighbours would gather on each other's land at harvest, hand-cut the crop together, then move on to the next farm. No one paid. Everyone shipped. The work got done because the room got built.
That's the model. A small room of Irish founders pooling agent infrastructure, deploying Skills into each other's businesses, sharpening each other's stacks. Old idea, new substrate.
Build the room that builds your business, together.

FAQ
No. There are no modules or lessons. Meitheal is a live operator's room. You get monthly live strategy sessions, office hours, a Skills library you can deploy immediately, and a tight community of Irish founders doing the same work. Skills are documentation you reference, not lectures you sit through.
A folder of production-ready agent capabilities: SKILL.md spec, references, optional scripts, templates, integration recipes. Drops natively into OpenClaw, Claude Code, or Hermes. You install it, your agent uses it, done. Industry-standard format (Anthropic's Skills spec).
We recommend and fully support three: OpenClaw (primary — easiest path, Mac-first), Claude Code with agentic extensions (for dev-oriented members), and Hermes (for self-hosted technical setups). You'll get a Setup Pack for your chosen runtime on Day 1. OpenClaw is the default unless you have a reason otherwise.
Comfortable installing apps, editing config files, and following clear technical walkthroughs. You don't need to code. You do need to be willing to touch a terminal. If that's a hard no, Meitheal isn't for you — try Let's Innovate (free).
~2–3 hrs/week if you want maximum value: 90 min for one live session + deployment time for that week's drop. You can skip weeks with no penalty — sessions are recorded, drops live in the Library forever.
Price goes to £97/mo for new joiners. Founding members stay at £67/mo locked forever. At 50+ members, new joiners go to £127/mo. Earlier members always grandfathered.
First 14 days, no questions. If Meitheal doesn't sharpen your operation in two weeks, refund and no hard feelings.
Membership opens to Irish founders first — geographic/cultural focus matters for the peer network and Dublin meetups. We'll open internationally once the founding cohort is established (likely month 4+).
In 12 months, you'll still be using AI or running it.
Meitheal is the room where the second one happens.
